Service Description
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. However, to respect both our practitioners' time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy: Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £20 cancellation fee, which will be charged before rebooking any future sessions. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide any prior notice (no-show), a £20 no-show fee will apply. This fee must be paid before scheduling another appointment. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to be shortened in consideration of the next client. The full session fee will still apply. Payment of Fees Any applicable fees must be settled prior to booking future appointments. Failure to pay cancellation or no-show fees may result in the inability to schedule future sessions until the balance is cleared. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
